To provide a novel pile head joint structure of a hollow pile and pile cap having a vibration control function that attenuates the pulling force acting from the superstructure in the event of an earthquake.SOLUTION: A pile cap 9 comprises a block portion 25 made of concrete arranged above a hollow pile 7, a filling portion 27 made of concrete filled in a hollow portion of the hollow pile, and a connecting member embedded inside the block portion 25 and the filling portion 27 from the block portion 25 to the filling portion 27. The hollow pile 7 comprises a hollow and cylindrical steel pipe 17, and the filling portion 27 is slidably arranged with respect to the steel pipe 17 when a pulling force of a predetermined value or more is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
