SHEATH PIPE FOR FOUNDATION PENETRATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sheath pipe for the foundation penetration, which can prevent deformation when casting concrete.SOLUTION: A sheath pipe 10 for the foundation penetration comprises: a sheath pipe body 30 having an upper opening 36a and a lateral opening; and a curing lid 50 attached to the upper opening of the sheath pipe body. The curing lid 50 has a fitting portion to be fitted in the upper opening 36a and can appropriately prevent deformation of the sheath pipe body 30 due to a raw concrete pressure during concrete casting since the curing lid supports a portion of the upper opening 36a of the sheath pipe body 30 from an inside. Further, the sheath pipe body 30 can prevent accidental disengagement of the curing lid 50 from the upper opening 36a since a retaining projection of the curing lid 50 projecting from an inner edge portion of the upper opening 36a is provided between the sheath pipe body 30 and the curing lid 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンクリート打設時の変形を防止できる、新規な基礎貫通用鞘管を提供する。【解決手段】基礎貫通用鞘管10は、上開口36aおよぶ横開口を有する鞘管本体30と、鞘管本体の上開口に装着される養生蓋50とを備える。養生蓋50は上開口36aに内嵌めされる嵌合部を有し、鞘管本体30の上開口36a部分を内側から支持するので、コンクリート打設時の生コンクリート圧による鞘管本体30の変形を適切に防止できる。さらに鞘管本体30は、鞘管本体30と養生蓋50との間に、上開口36aの内縁部から突出する養生蓋50の抜け止め突起が設けられるので、養生蓋50が上開口36aから不用意に外れてしまうことが防止できる。【選択図】図3
