FOUNDATION PENETRATING SHEATH PIPE AND PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
CONSTITUTION: A foundation penetrating sheath pipe 10 comprises a sheath pipe body 30 and an upper opening reinforcement portion 42, and is used for the construction of a pipe penetrating through the foundation of a building. The sheath pipe body is formed into an elbow shape having an upper opening 30a and a side opening 30b. The upper opening reinforcement portion is formed in a dome shape so as to cover the upper opening, and is connected with the peripheral edge of the upper opening. The upper opening reinforcement portion is cut and removed prior to the construction of a pipe after the foundation penetrating sheath pipe is embedded in the foundation and fixed thereto.EFFECT: The upper opening reinforcement portion reinforces the opening portion of the sheath pipe body so as to prevent the foundation penetrating sheath pipe from being deformed as concrete placement. The upper opening reinforcement portion can also prevent raw concrete or dust and the like from getting into the foundation penetrating sheath pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【構成】 基礎貫通用鞘管10は、鞘管本体30および上開口補強部42を含み、建物の基礎を貫通する配管の施工に用いられる。鞘管本体は、上開口30aと横開口30bとを有するエルボ状に形成される。上開口補強部は、上開口を覆うようにドーム状に形成され、上開口の周縁を連結させる。この上開口補強部は、基礎貫通用鞘管が基礎に埋設固定された後、配管を施工する前に切断除去される。【効果】 上開口補強部によって鞘管本体の上開口部分が補強されるので、コンクリート打設時の基礎貫通用鞘管の変形を防止できる。また、上開口補強部によって基礎貫通用鞘管内への生コンクリートやゴミ等の入り込みが防止される。【選択図】図3
