PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt finisher capable of preventing problems from occurring at the end parts of a new pavement body.SOLUTION: An asphalt finisher 100 comprises: a tractor 1; a hopper 2, installed on the front side of the tractor 1, which receives a paving material PV; a conveyor CV which conveys the paving material in the hopper 2 to the rear side of the tractor 1; a screw SC which spreads the paving material conveyed by the conveyor CV at the rear side of the tractor 1; a screed 3 which levels the paving material PV spread by the screw SC at the rear side of the screw SC; a side plate 40 which extends towards the front from the edge of the screed 3; and a blocking plate 41, installed on the side plate 40, which blocks the paving material PV.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】新設舗装体の端部における不具合の発生を防止できるアスファルトフィニッシャを提供すること。【解決手段】アスファルトフィニッシャ１００は、トラクタ１と、トラクタ１の前側に設置されて舗装材を受け入れるホッパ２と、ホッパ２内の舗装材をトラクタ１の後側へ給送するコンベアＣＶと、コンベアＣＶにより給送された舗装材をトラクタ１の後側で敷き拡げるスクリュＳＣと、スクリュＳＣにより敷き拡げられた舗装材ＰＶをスクリュＳＣの後側で敷き均すスクリード３と、スクリード３の端部から前方に延びるサイドプレート４０と、サイドプレート４０に取り付けられ且つ舗装材ＰＶを塞き止める塞き止めプレート４１と、を備える。【選択図】図１
