RUNNER MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RUNNER MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner material capable of drawing in and drawing out piping and cables without rework, which is compatible to a plurality of wall thickness by preparing one kind of long body, saves material cost, and prevents deterioration of strength.SOLUTION: A runner member 1 comprises a pair of long bodies 4 and a plurality of connection bodies 5, and the long body 4 includes a substrate portion 6, a side wall portion 7, and a claw portion 8, and the pair of long bodies 4 are disposed so that the other side edges of their substrate portions 6 are facing each other at a spacing, and the connection body 5 includes an engagement portion 9 and a connection portion 10 to connect the engagement portion. The engagement portion 9 holds the long bodies 4 with a first abut portion 11 which abuts against an end portion of the side wall portion 7 on the side of the substrate portion 6 and a second abut portion 12 which abuts against a side face of the claw portion 8 immovably in the width direction of the runner member 1, and holds the long bodies 4 with a tip abutting portion 13 abutting against the tip of the claw portion 8 and a substrate abut portion 14 abutting against the substrate portion 6 immovably in the vertical direction as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 複数の壁厚に対応する場合にも、用意する長尺体が1種類でよく、材料コストを抑えつつ、強度の低下を防ぎ、加工なしに配管、配線類を引き込み又は引き出すことができるランナー材を提供する。【解決手段】ランナー材1は、一対の長尺体と、複数の連結体5とを備え、長尺体4は、基板部6と、側壁部7と、爪部8とを有しており、一対の長尺体4はその基板部6の他方の側縁が互いに向き合って間隔を開けて配置され、連結体5は、嵌合部9と、嵌合部を繋ぐ接続部10と、を有し、嵌合部9は、側壁部7の基板部6側の端部に当接する第一当接部11と、爪部8の側面に当接する第二当接部12とで長尺体4をランナー材1の幅方向に移動不能に挟持するとともに、爪部8の先端に当接する先端当接部13と、基板部6に当接する基板当接部14とで長尺体4を鉛直方向に移動不能に挟持する。【選択図】図1
