RUNNER CONSTRUCTION AUXILIARY TOOL AND RUNNER CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREWITH
To prevent, in construction work of a runner to a ceiling, damage and contamination of wiring and folding of the wiring between the runner and the ceiling, to accurately position the runner to the ceiling and accurately fix the runner to a predetermined position of the ceiling, and to improve the workability and to reduce load to a worker.SOLUTION: A runner construction auxiliary tool 1 comprises a mounting material 2 to a ceiling, a tilted support material 3 installed to the mounting material 2, a horizontal support material 5, a positioning material 4 and a pressing material 6. The tilted support material 3 obliquely supports the runner with a setting face of the runner facing obliquely upward. The horizontal support material 5 horizontally supports the runner with the setting face of the runner facing upward. The positioning material 4 positions the runner to the ceiling when the runner abuts on the ceiling and comes into contact with the ceiling. The pressing material 6 presses the runner to the ceiling from the downside with the setting face of the runner abutting on the ceiling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ランナーの天井への施工時に、配線の損傷および汚れを防止し、配線がランナーと天井との間で折れ曲がるのを防止する。ランナーの天井への正確な位置出しおよびランナーの天井の所定位置への正確な固定を行う。作業性の向上と作業者の負担軽減を図る。【解決手段】ランナー施工補助具１は、天井への取付材２と、取付材２に設けられる傾斜支持材３、水平支持材５、位置決め材４および押付材６を備える。傾斜支持材３は、ランナーの設置面が斜め上方へ向いた状態でランナーを傾斜して支持する。水平支持材５は、ランナーの設置面が上方へ向いた状態で水平にランナーを支持する。位置決め材４は、ランナーが天井に当接される際にランナーが接触されて、天井に対しランナーを位置決めする。押付材６は、ランナーの設置面が天井に当接された状態で、下方からランナーを天井側へ押し付ける。【選択図】図１
