INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF CATCH BASIN FOR BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a catch basin for a bridge provided with an FRP lower catch-basin embedded in a concrete floor slab, a receiving frame fitted into an opening of the lower catch-basin and supported by a bolt projecting from the lower catch-basin, and a grating mounted inside the receiving frame, in which waterproof sheet is installed on the concrete floor slab, and an asphalt layer is formed thereon, the bolt being prevented from hindering the formation of the asphalt layer and installation of the waterproof sheet, as well as connecting the grating and the receiving frame to the lower catch-basin for antitheft.SOLUTION: A bolt 44 supporting a receiving frame 17 fitted into an opening 21 of a lower catch-basin 16 supports a flange 32 projecting to the inside of the receiving frame 17 so as to avoid being provided on the outside of the receiving frame. Furthermore, a grating 18 is coupled to the receiving frame 17, and the receiving frame 17 is coupled to the lower catch-basin 16, respectively, by a bolt to make them integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】橋梁のコンクリート製床版に埋設のFRP製の下桝と、該下桝の開口部に嵌着され、下桝より突設されるボルトにて支持される受枠と、該受枠内に装着のグレーチングよりなり、コンクリート製床版上には防水シートが敷設され、その上にはアスファルト層が形成される橋梁用排水桝の取付構造において、前記ボルトがアスファルト層の形成や防水シートの敷設に邪魔にならないようにすると共にグレーチングや受枠を盗難防止のため下桝に連結する。【解決手段】下桝16の開口部21に嵌着される受枠17を支持するボルト44は、受枠17の内側に突出するフランジ32を支持し、受枠外に設けられないようにする。またグレーチング18を受枠17に、受枠17を下桝16にボルトにてそれぞれ連結し、一体化する。【選択図】図6
