To simplify maintenance work, as well as, allowing the installation of sewage and rainwater basins while preventing an increase in installation space.SOLUTION: A compartment wall 7 is provided to divide an interior space of a manhole 5 into two spaces each arranged right and left. One of the two spaces on the right and left is connected to a sewage pipe 3, and partitioned so as to serve as a sewage basin 8, meanwhile, the other one of the two spaces is connected to a rainwater pipe 4, and partitioned so as to serve as a rainwater basin 9. The compartment wall 7 is configured as a removable type that can be switched between in an attached state and in a detached state with respect to the interior space of the manhole 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
