JOINING METHOD OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBERS
To provide a joining method of precast concrete members capable of joining precast concrete members to each other in a short period of time and reliably.SOLUTION: A pillar member 10 is provided with a filler injection hole 12 whose inner wall surface is formed of a concrete surface and which extends from a height position below a bottom surface of a beam member 40 of the pillar member 10 to the inside of the pillar member 10 by curving and reaches an upper end surface of the pillar member 10. The joining method of precast concrete members includes: a step S1 of arranging a joining member 20 on the pillar member 10 as a joint space 13 with a predetermined gap, and inserting a pillar main bar 11 into a pillar main bar through hole 21 of the joining member 20; and a step S2 of filling a filler C into the joint space 13 and the pillar main through hole 21 by injecting the filler C from the filler injection hole 12 on a side surface of the pillar member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】短工期でかつ確実にプレキャストコンクリート部材同士を接合可能な、プレキャストコンクリート部材の接合方法を提供すること。【解決手段】柱部材10には、内壁面がコンクリート面で形成されて柱部材10の梁部材40の底面よりも下方の高さ位置から柱部材10の内部を湾曲して延びて柱部材10の上端面に至る充填材注入孔12が設けられている。プレキャストコンクリート部材の接合方法は、柱部材10の上に目地空間13として所定の隙間を空けて接合部材20を配置して、接合部材20の柱主筋貫通孔21に柱主筋11を挿通するステップS1と、柱部材10の側面の充填材注入孔12から充填材Cを注入することで、充填材Cを目地空間13および柱主筋貫通孔21に充填するステップS2と、を備える。【選択図】図6
