LATH NET INTEGRATED WITH INSTALLATION METAL FITTING, AND EXTERIOR WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lath net that curtails work time at a construction site and may be manufactured in a short period of time at a low cost.SOLUTION: A lath net integrated with an installation metal fitting of the present invention is a lath net integrated with an installation metal fitting used with an exterior wall air-permeation construction method, and includes: a lath net body configured by connecting a plurality of vertical wire materials with a plurality of horizontal wire materials in a grid form; and an installation metal fitting formed by folding a linear wire material or a belt-like plate material, the installation metal fitting having a plurality of bent parts formed by folding in such a way to be inserted into a plurality of recesses of an air-permeable frame sheet. A plurality of the installation metal fittings is provided on the lath net body in a horizontal or vertical direction, as a separate body from the plurality of vertical and horizontal wire materials configuring the lath net body. Each of the plurality of installation metal fittings is overlapped with the lath net body such that the bent part is inserted into a mesh of the lath net body, and then connected and integrated with the plurality of vertical or horizontal wire materials by welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場での作業時間の短縮を可能とすると共に、ラス網自体を短時間、且つ、低コストで製造することできる、ラス網を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の取付金具一体型ラス網は、外壁通気工法に用いられる取付金具一体型ラス網であって、複数の縦線材と複数の横線材とが格子状に接合されて構成されるラス網本体と、直線状の線材又は帯状板材を折り曲げて形成される取付金具であって、通気型枠シートの複数の凹部に挿入されるように折り曲げられた複数の湾曲部を有する取付金具と、を備え、取付金具は、ラス網本体を構成する複数の縦線材及び複数の横線材とは別体としてラス網本体の縦方向又は横方向に複数設けられ、複数の取付金具の夫々は、湾曲部がラス網本体の網目に挿入されるように取付金具と前記ラス網本体とを互いに重ね合わせた後、複数の縦線材又は横線材と溶接接合され一体化される。【選択図】 図1
