RADICAL CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, RESIN CURED PRODUCT LAYER AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radical curable resin composition which has not only dryness but also workability such as good impregnation property in a reinforcement fiber and secondary adhesion property without essentially using styrene, and is also excellent in mechanical physical properties such as a strength and elongation of a cured product.SOLUTION: A radical curable resin composition contains polyester (meth)acrylate (A) and a radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer (B), where the polyester (meth)acrylate (A) is a reactant of a polycondensate (a1) of a dibasic acid and polyhydric alcohol and a (meth)acrylate compound (a2) having an epoxy group, the dibasic acid contains an aromatic dibasic acid, the polyhydric alcohol contains ether bond-containing polyhydric alcohol, and the radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer (B) contains a compound (b1) represented by a predetermined structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 スチレンを必須に使用しなくとも、乾燥性とともに、強化繊維への含浸性や二次密着性等の作業性が良好で、しかも硬化物の強度や伸び等の機械的物性にも優れるラジカル硬化性樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 ポリエステル(メタ)アクリレート(A)及びラジカル重合性不飽和単量体(B)を含有するラジカル硬化性樹脂組成物であって、該ポリエステル(メタ)アクリレート(A)は、二塩基酸と多価アルコールとの重縮合体(a1)とエポキシ基を有する(メタ)アクリレート化合物(a2)との反応物であり、該二塩基酸は、芳香族二塩基酸を含み、該多価アルコールは、エーテル結合含有多価アルコールを含み、該ラジカル重合性不飽和単量体(B)は、所定の構造で表される化合物(b1)を含むことを特徴とするラジカル硬化性樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
