CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT OF THE SAME AND ARTIFICIAL MARBLE
To provide a curable resin composition which maintains good moldability of a thermosetting resin and can also maintain strength and appearance of a molding even in poor environment.SOLUTION: A curable resin composition contains (A) a thermosetting resin, (B) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, (C) a shrinkage-reducing agent, (D) an inorganic filler and (E) a curing agent. (A) The thermosetting resin contains an unsaturated polyester resin and a vinyl ester resin. (C) The shrinkage-reducing agent is a three-dimensional copolymer formed of a monomer composition containing a monofunctional vinyl-based monomer and a polyfunctional vinyl-based monomer. The monofunctional vinyl-based monomer composition contains at least a styrene derivative and (meth)acrylate. A content of the unsaturated polyester resin is 18-98 mass% in (A) the thermosetting resin. A content of (D) the inorganic filler is 130-270 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of (A) the thermosetting resin and (B) the ethylenically unsaturated monomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】熱硬化性樹脂の良好な成形性を維持したうえで、成形品の強度と外観を劣悪な環境でも維持することができる硬化性樹脂組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】硬化性樹脂組成物は、(A)熱硬化性樹脂、(B)エチレン性不飽和単量体、(C)低収縮剤、(D)無機充填材及び(E)硬化剤を含む。(A)熱硬化性樹脂は不飽和ポリエステル樹脂及びビニルエステル樹脂を含む。(C)低収縮剤は単官能性ビニル系単量体と多官能性ビニル系単量体とを含有する単量体組成物より形成される三次元共重合体である。単官能性ビニル系単量体組成物はスチレン誘導体及び(メタ)アクリル酸エステルを少なくとも含有する。不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の含有量は(A)熱硬化性樹脂中18~98質量%である。(D)無機充填材の含有量は(A)熱硬化性樹脂及び(B)エチレン性不飽和単量体の合計100質量部に対して130~270質量部である。【選択図】なし
