AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system which is installed in a building equipped with a pressurized smoke discharge system and can be simplified in system configuration and reduced in cost, and to provide a method for constructing the same.SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system S2 which is installed in a building 1 equipped with a pressurized smoke exhaust system S1 for executing a pressurized air supply process for pressurizing and supplying outside air OA to specific areas D1 to D3 through an air supply line 21 and executes air balance adjustment processing at normal times, an air supply fan 31 and the air supply line 21 for the air balance adjustment processing are commonly used for the pressurized air supply processing; in the air balance adjustment processing, the air supply fan 31 of the pressurized smoke exhaust system S1 is operated and a shutoff mechanism portion 20a is maintained in the open state, and the outside air OA is supplied to the specific areas D1 to D3 through the air supply line 21 of the pressurized smoke exhaust system S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加圧防排煙システムを備えた建物に設置され、システム構成の簡略化及び低廉化を実現することができる空調システム及びその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】給気ライン21を通じて特定域D1〜D3に外気OAを加圧供給する加圧給気処理を実行する加圧防排煙システムS1を備えた建物1に設置され、平常時にエアバランス調整処理を実行する空調システムS2であって、エアバランス調整処理用の給気ファン31及び給気ライン21が加圧給気処理用と共通化され、エアバランス調整処理において、加圧防排煙システムS1の給気ファン31を稼動させると共に遮断機構部20aを開放状態に維持して、加圧防排煙システムS1の給気ライン21を通じて特定域D1〜D3に外気OAを供給する。【選択図】図1
