Novel prefabricated cantilever air conditioning plate assembly and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel prefabricated cantilever air conditioning plate assembly and a construction method thereof. The novel prefabricated cantilever air conditioning plate assembly comprisesan air conditioning plate and a supporting leg assembly; the inner side edge of the air conditioning plate is provided with reserved joints horizontally and outwards extending, and the lower part ofthe outer side of the air conditioning plate is provided with pre-embedded supporting leg fixing pieces; the supporting leg assembly comprises supporting legs and mounting seats hinged to the lower ends of the supporting legs; the reserved joints are inserted into a pre-embedded piece in a beam plate, the upper ends of the supporting legs are detachably connected with the supporting leg fixing pieces, and the mounting seats are detachably fixed to a wall body on the lower part of a structural beam; and the reserved joints and the pre-embedded piece in the beam plate are poured through concreteto be solidified, and after the concrete strength meets the requirement, the supporting leg assembly is dismounted and can be recycled. In short, the build-in reserved joints and the beam plate are connected and fixed into a whole, the build-in supporting legs serve as a temporary support, thus mounting construction of the air conditioning plate and construction of a main structure are separated,and the construction progress of the main structure is not affected; and when the air conditioning plate is mounted, operation is convenient and safe, and a supporting frame does not need to be set up.
本发明公开了一种新型预制悬挑空调板组件及其施工方法,空调板组件包括空调板和支腿组件,空调板的内侧缘有水平外伸的预留接头,外侧下部有预埋的支腿固定件,支腿组件包括支腿及其下端铰接的安装座,预留接头插入梁板内的预埋件中,支腿的上端与支腿固定件可拆卸连接,安装座可拆卸固定于结构梁下方的墙体上,预留接头与梁板中的预埋件之间通过混凝土浇固,混凝土强度达到要求后,将支腿组件拆卸可重复利用。简言之,本发明通过自带的预留接头与梁板连接固定成整体,通过自带的支腿作为临时支撑,使空调板的安装施工与主体结构的施工分开,不影响主体结构的施工进度,而且本空调板安装时操作方便安全,不用搭设支撑架。
