REPAIR METHOD AND MEMBER FOR REPAIR OF FATIGUE CRACK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for preventing crack reoccurrence from a hole end part by suppressing stress fluctuation width of the hole end part of a stop hole provided at a tip part of a fatigue crack.SOLUTION: A repair method of a fatigue crack includes: a step 1 for providing a stop hole 3 at a tip part of a fatigue crack 2 with respect to the fatigue crack 2 that occurs in a structure and/or providing a wedge hole 7 on a path other than a base part and the tip part of the fatigue crack; a step 2 for fitting wedge means 4 having a variable wedge load into the stop hole 3 and/or the wedge hole 7; and a step 3 for applying the wedge load for suppressing the stress fluctuation width of the structure of a hole end part of the stop hole 3 or the tip part of the fatigue crack 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
