FATIGUE CRACK REPAIRING METHOD, AND REPAIR MEMBER TO BE USED IN THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR REMOVING REPAIR MEMBER
To enable repair using an adaptive wedge member to be applied more widely, by making a dimension of a protrusion of the wedge member fitted into a stop hole smaller than a dimension of a protrusion of a slope-form wedge member.SOLUTION: A fatigue crack repairing method comprises: a stop hole machining step of machining a long or circular stop hole 10 or 100, in a base plate 1; a wedge member fitting-in step of fitting a cam-shape wedge member 20 or 200 in a cam shape including an elliptical column shape into the stop hole 10 or 100; a rotary energizing force generating step of causing rotary energizing force in a predetermined range to act on the cam-shape wedge member 20 or 200; and a load generating step of generating a wedge load W by automatically adapting the cam-shape wedge member 20 or 200 to elongational deformation of the stop hole 10 or 100 caused by repetitive tensile load F acting on the base plate 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ストップホールにはめ込んだ際のくさび部材の突出寸法を斜面型くさび部材よりも小さくすることにより、適応型のくさび部材を用いた補修の適用対象を拡大する。【解決手段】疲労亀裂の補修方法は、母板1に長穴又は円孔のストップホール10,100を加工するストップホール加工ステップと、ストップホール10,100に楕円柱形を含むカム形のカム形くさび部材20,200をはめ込むくさび部材はめ込みステップと、カム形くさび部材20,200に回転付勢力を所定の範囲で作用させる回転付勢力発生ステップと、母板1に作用する繰り返し引張荷重Fによるストップホール10,100の伸長変形にカム形くさび部材20,200を自動的に適応させてくさび荷重Wを発生させるくさび荷重発生ステップを有する。【選択図】図1
