KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system for vehicle which prevents illegal unlocking of a vehicle door and which improves security.SOLUTION: A keyless system K includes a portable machine 10 and an on-vehicle machine 20. The portable machine 10 includes: an RF transmission part for transmitting an operation signal to the on-vehicle machine 20 in one of a plurality of transmission methods; and a control part for determining the transmission method used for transmission of the signal to the on-vehicle machine 20 from among a plurality of transmission methods. The on-vehicle machine 20 includes: a control part for determining a transmission method used for receiving the signal from the portable machine 10 from among the plurality of transmission methods; and an RF reception part for receiving the operation signal transmitted by the portable machine 10 in the transmission method determined by the on-vehicle machine transmission method. In passive transmission between the portable machine 10 and the on-vehicle machine 20 started by the transmission of a response request signal, the control part of the portable machine 10 and the control part of the on-vehicle machine 20 change the transmission method respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
