ROAD SURFACE STEP ELIMINATING MATERIAL AND ROAD SURFACE STEP ELIMINATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface step eliminating material and road surface step eliminating method with which it is possible to quickly and easily repair a stepped portion of a road caused by a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or the like, and with which it is possible to maintain a high level of safety over a long period of time following repair work.SOLUTION: A road surface step eliminating material 100 comprises: a foam resin foundation block 1 consisting of a bottom surface 11 and an inclined upper surface 12 which is inclined in respect to the bottom surface at a prescribed angle; and a load dispersion material 2 fixed on the inclined upper surface 12 of the foundation block 1. The load dispersion material 2 comprises a rear surface material 3 and an appropriate number of reinforcing members 4 along the inclined direction of the rear surface. The load dispersion material 2 is fixed to the foundation block 1 in a state where the reinforcing member 4 is buried in the inclined upper surface 12 of the foundation block 1. A tip further comprises a tip reinforcing material 5. The whole road surface step eliminating material 100 may be divided into a plurality of divided road surface step eliminating materials 200a, 200b, 200c along the inclined direction of the inclined upper surface 12. In that case, the divided road surface step eliminating materials are joined by a connecting mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地震等の自然災害によって生じた道路の段差部を、迅速かつ容易に施工することができ、施工後においても高い安全性を長期にわたり維持することのできる、路面段差解消材および路面段差解消方法を提供する。【解決手段】路面段差解消材100は、底面部11と底面部に対して所定の角度で傾斜する傾斜上面部12とを備える発泡樹脂製の基礎ブロック1と、基礎ブロック1の傾斜上面部12の上に固定された荷重分散材2を備える。荷重分散材2は表面材3とその裏面に傾斜方向に沿う適数本の補強部材4を備え、荷重分散材2は補強部材4を基礎ブロック1の傾斜上面部12に埋設した状態で基礎ブロック1に固定されている。先端部には、さらに先端部補強材5を備える。路面段差解消材100は、全体が傾斜上面部12の傾斜方向で2つ以上の分割路面段差解消材200a、200b、200cに分割されていてもよく、その場合、各分割路面段差解消材は連結機構によって接合される。【選択図】図2
