PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film which generates less color unevenness when is formed into a laminated glass, and a laminated glass which generates less color unevenness.SOLUTION: The light control film 10 includes: a first laminated body 12 having a resin base material 21A; a second laminated body 13 having a resin base material 21B; a liquid crystal layer 14 interposed between the first and second laminated bodies 12 and 13; and a spacer 24 in the liquid crystal layer 14, the spacer holding the thickness of the liquid crystal layer 14 and the liquid crystal layer 14 not being sealed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
