PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform fence in which a front width of a door pocket part is reduced as compared with the conventional one while sufficiently securing moving amounts of a front door and a rear door.SOLUTION: A rear door 30 includes: (1) a sprocket 52 meshed with a push-pull chain 50 connected to a front door 20; (2) an opening/closing direction chain guide 34 guiding the push-pull chain 50 on the front side of the sprocket 52 in the opening/closing direction; (3) a longitudinal chain guide 36 guiding the push-pull chain 50 on the rear side of the sprocket 52 in the vertical direction (the lengthwise direction) of the rear door 30; and (4) a pinion 70 interlocked with the sprocket 52 and meshed with a rack 72 provided in a bottom part of a door pocket part 40 in the opening/closing direction. The rear door 30 is moved with respect to the door pocket part 40 by meshing of the pinion 70 and the rack 72 and the front door 20 is moved with respect to the rear door 30 by meshing of the sprocket 52 and the push-pull chain 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】先方扉と後方扉の移動量を十分確保しつつ、従来に比べて戸袋部の正面幅を低減したホーム柵を提供すること。【解決手段】後方扉３０は、１）先端扉２０に接続されたプッシュプルチェーン５０と噛み合うスプロケット５２と、２）スプロケット５２より先方側のプッシュプルチェーン５０を開閉方向に案内する開閉方向チェーンガイド３４と、３）スプロケット５２より後方側のプッシュプルチェーン５０を後方扉３０の上下方向（縦方向）に案内する縦方向チェーンガイド３６と、４）スプロケット５２と連動し、戸袋部４０の底部に開閉方向に沿って設けられたラック７２と噛み合うピニオン７０と、を備える。ピニオン７０とラック７２との噛み合いにより後方扉３０が戸袋部４０に対して移動し、スプロケット５２とプッシュプルチェーン５０との噛み合いにより先方扉２０が後方扉３０に対して移動する。【選択図】図１
