PRIMER FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE STRUCTURE FLOOR SLAB AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE STRUCTURE FLOOR SLAB USING THE PRIMER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer for repairing concrete structure floor slab and a method for repairing concrete structure floor slab using the primer capable of effectively inhibiting peeling and cracking of an interface part between an existing concrete structure and a repair material.SOLUTION: The hardness for a primer cured product to be used as a primer for repairing concrete structure floor slab measured in conformity with the Society of Rubber Industry Japan Standard (SRIS 0101) is 80 to 100 (Asker C). A method for repairing concrete structure floor slab is a repair method in which the primer is applied to a surface at a repair location on an existing concrete structure floor slab, with a mortar or concrete repair material further applied to allow hardening and thickening.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】既設のコンクリート構造物と補修材料との間の界面部分の剥離やひび割れを有効に抑制することができる、コンクリート構造物床版補修用プライマー及び当該プライマーを用いたコンクリート構造物床版補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物床版補修用プライマーは、日本ゴム協会標準規格（ＳＲＩＳ ０１０１）に準じてプライマー硬化物を測定した硬度が８０〜１００（アスカーＣ）であり、コンクリート構造物床版の補修工法は、前記プライマーを既存のコンクリート構造物床版の補修箇所の表面に塗布し、更にモルタル又はコンクリート補修材料を塗布して硬化させて増厚する補修工法である。【選択図】 なし
