FLOOR UNIT WITH SMALL BEAM AND FLOOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor unit with a small beam which can reduce the remaining work after building the floor unit.SOLUTION: The floor unit with a small beam includes a floor slab 3 having an upper end plate 5 and a lower end plate 6 connected to each other via a middle aggregate 4 and a pair of half small beams 12A, 12B attached to lower surfaces of both ends in a first direction of the floor slab toward a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. One end portion of the lower end plate in the first direction is formed such that an empty portion V remains on the upper surface of the first half small beam attached to the one end portion and a concave end portion 7A staying inside a first half small beam, and the other end portion is a convex end portion 7B projecting outwardly of the second half small beam attached to the other end portion. In a state where a plurality of small beam attached floor units are arranged in the first direction, the convex end portion of one adjacent small beam attached floor unit can be rested on the empty portion of the upper surface of the first half small beam of the other small beam attached floor unit. In this resting state, a working space S is formed between the two small beam attached floor units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床ユニットの建方後の残作業を少なくできる小梁付き床ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】上端板５及び下端板６を、中骨材４を介して連結してなる床版３と、床版の第１方向の両端下面に第１方向と直交する第２方向に向けて取り付けられた一対の半割小梁１２Ａ、１２Ｂとを具備する。前記下端板の第１方向の一方端部を、当該一方端部に付設された第１半割小梁の上面に空きＶを残して、この第１半割小梁より内側に留まる凹状端部７Ａとするとともに、他方端部を、当該他方端部に付設された第２半割小梁よりも外側へ突出する凸状端部７Ｂとする。複数の小梁付き床ユニットを第１方向に並べた状態で隣り合う一方の小梁付き床ユニットの凸状端部を他方の小梁付き床ユニットの第１半割小梁の上面の空き部分に載せ掛けることができるように設け、この載せ掛け状態で２つの小梁付き床ユニットの間に作業用空間Ｓができる。【選択図】図１
