PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house for cohabiting with pets which prevents occurrence of a trouble with neighborhood residents.SOLUTION: An apartment house for cohabiting with pets includes dwelling units and a shared section in an indoor space partitioned from an outdoor space by an outer peripheral wall and a roof, where the shared section is adjacent to a play space for pets across the outer peripheral wall, the outer peripheral wall is provided with an entrance that permits access between the shared section and the play space for pets, and the shared section is provided with a wash space for pets at a position adjacent to the gateway of the outer peripheral wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
