PLATE MEMBER FOR REINFORCEMENT SPACER AND REINFORCEMENT SPACER FORMED FROM THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate member for a reinforcement spacer which can be carried in large quantities at a site by overlapping with each other, in which two plate members are combined with each other in a cut section to be formed into a reinforcement spacer and accordingly cost can be reduced, and working efficiency is made excellent.SOLUTION: A plate member 1 for a reinforcement spacer keeps a reinforcement covering depth constant, where the plate member 1 has a first opening 3 and a second opening 4 having substantially slit shapes, the second opening 4 is arranged at a position facing the first opening 3, first projection regions 5 and second projection regions 6 narrowing the slit width of the opening are provided on side faces of each of the first opening 3 and the second opening 4, bottom parts 7 of the first opening 3 and the second opening 4 have approximately a semi-circular arc shape, a notch part 9 is provided toward a central direction of the plate member 1 from the bottom part 7 of at least one of the first opening 3 and the second opening 4, and a reinforcement spacer 2 is composed by combining the two plate members 1 each other so as to be perpendicular to each other by the notch part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重ねることにより現場で多量に持ち運ぶことができ、2枚の板部材を切り込み部で組み合わせると鉄筋スペーサーとなるため、コストを抑えることができるとともに作業効率が良好となる鉄筋スペーサー用板部材を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋かぶり厚さを一定に保つ鉄筋スペーサー用板部材1であって、前記板部材1が、略スリット状の第1開口部3及び第2開口部4を有し、第1開口部3と対向する位置に第2開口部4が配置され、第1開口部3及び第2開口部4のそれぞれの側面に、開口部のスリット幅を狭くする第1突出領域5と第2突出領域6とを有し、第1開口部3及び第2開口部4の底部7が略半円弧状であり、第1開口部3及び第2開口部4の少なくとも一方の前記底部7から板部材1の中心方向に向けて切り込み部9を有し、2枚の板部材1を互いに直交するように前記切り込み部9で組み合わせて鉄筋スペーサー2が構成される鉄筋スペーサー用板部材1である。【選択図】図1
