PIPE SUPPORT BEARING IMPLEMENT, BEARING STRUCTURE AND BEARING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of the number of temporary material components and labor saving of the construction of form timbering, by omitting installation of horizontal timbering for pipe support bearings and jacks for supporting horizontal timbering, or the like.SOLUTION: Form timbering (1) has frame work type or wedge connection type formwork working platforms (2), and pipe supports (4) that are erected above the formwork working platforms. The pipe supports are erected directly above support pillars (22,50) of the formwork working platforms by using pipe support bearing implements (10), or are supported on the support pillars of the formwork working platforms through beam frames (60,70). Vertical loads (P) of the pipe supports are directly transmitted to the support pillars just below them, or are transmitted to the support pillars through the beam frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】パイプサポート支承用の水平支保工や、水平支保工を支持するジャッキ等の設置を省略し、仮設資材の部品点数を削減や、型枠支保工の施工の省力化を図る。【解決手段】型枠支保工(1)は、枠組式又は楔結合式の型枠構台(2)と、型枠構台上に立設されたパイプサポート(4)とを有する。パイプサポートは、パイプサポート支承具(10)によって型枠構台の支柱(22,50)の直上に立設され、或いは、梁枠(60,70)を介して型枠構台の支柱に支持される。パイプサポートの鉛直荷重(P)は、直下の支柱に直に伝達し、或いは、梁枠を介して支柱に伝達する。【選択図】図11
