PIN BEARING, BEARING DEVICE, STRUCTURAL BEARING STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PIN BEARING
To provide a pin bearing having excellent shear strength while having a simple structure, a manufacturing method for the pin bearing, a bearing device using the pin bearing, and a structural bearing structure.SOLUTION: A pin bearing 1 being a rod-shaped integrally molded product which is rotatable in the axial direction, comprises: a large diameter part 101 provided in the axial center region; a pair of small diameter parts 102 provided at both ends of the large diameter part 101 with a shaft diameter smaller than that of the large diameter part 101; a pin body 100 having a step part 103 provided between each small diameter part 102 and large diameter part 101; and a pair of bearing bodies 120, each of which is a cylindrical component that pivotally supports the pin body 100 and which are provided with substantially the same dimensions. Each bearing body 120 has an outer diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the large diameter part 101, and is formed with a fitting insertion hole 121 which is a through hole opened in the center of both end faces. The fitting insertion hole 121 is formed to have an inner diameter at which each small diameter part 102 can be pressure-welded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造でありながら、優れた剪断強度を有するピン支承体、同ピン支承体の製造方法、同ピン支承体を用いた支承装置、および、構造物の支承構造を提供する。【解決手段】ピン支承体1は、軸周方向に回転可能な棒状の一体成形物であり、軸方向中央領域に設けられた径大部101と、径大部101の両端に径大部101よりも径小な軸径で設けられた一対の径小部102と、各径小部102と径大部101との間に設けられた段部103とを有するピン本体100と、ピン本体100を軸支する筒状の部材で、各々が略同寸法に設けられた、一対の軸受体120とを備えている。各軸受体120は、外径が径大部101の外径と略同一であると共に、両端面の中央に開口した貫通穴である嵌挿穴121が形成されている。また、嵌挿穴121は、各径小部102を支圧接合可能な内径に形成されている。【選択図】図1
