CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FLOOR, AND SLEEVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a floor and a sleeve capable of securely fixing a floor form even made of a thick steel plate and easily forming a predetermined through hole as well as preventing lime wash and like from leaking out.SOLUTION: A sleeve 1 is installed corresponding with a previously formed through hole 32 in a floor form 31, and comprises a plurality of legs 3 at a lower part. A construction method of a floor comprises: a sleeve inserting process in which by alternately bending the plurality of legs outward, legs 3 bent outward referred to as upper leg parts 3a and legs 3 extended axially referred to as lower leg parts 3b are arranged alternatively, and the lower leg parts 3b is inserted in the through hole 32 to install the sleeve 1 with upper legs 3a placed on the floor form 31; and a clamping process for clamping the floor form 31 with the upper leg parts 3a and the lower leg parts 3b by bending the lower leg parts 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】厚肉鋼板の床型枠でも確実に固定できて所定の貫通孔を容易に形成できるとともに、ノロが漏れ出してしまうこと等をより確実に防止できる床の施工方法及びスリーブを提供する。【解決手段】スリーブ1は、床型枠31に予め形成された貫通孔32に対応して配設されるものであり、下部に複数の脚部3を有する。床の施工方法は、複数の脚部を1本おきに外側に折り曲げることにより、スリーブ1を、外側に折り曲げられた脚部3である上側脚部3a、及び、軸方向に延びる脚部3である下側脚部3bが交互に設けられた状態とした上で、下側脚部3bを貫通孔32に挿通し、床型枠31に上側脚部3aを載置した状態とするスリーブ挿通工程と、下側脚部3bを折り曲げ、床型枠31を上側脚部3a及び下側脚部3bで挟んだ状態とする挟み込み工程とを含む。【選択図】 図6
