PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity hinge which can be decelerated just before reaching of a stop position of a door with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a gravity hinge 1 in which causing a lower side hinge element 3 and an upper side hinge element 2 to rotate about a rotational shaft 44 brings the upper side hinge element 2 to rotate along a spiral inclined surface 23 provided on the lower side hinge element 3, a lowermost point 34 of the inclined surface 23 of a shaft cylinder 32 of the lower side hinge element 3 is set to a position just before a doorstop of a door 6. Then, a climbing surface 33u and a horizontal surface 33p are provided in a path from the lowermost point 34 to the doorstop 61a and further the rotation speed is decelerated by a friction part 5 including, for example, an uneven part 52 and a resin part 53 that are provided near the lowermost point 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡単な構造で扉の停止位置の手前で減速させるようにしたグラビティヒンジを提供する。【解決手段】下側ヒンジ要素3と上側ヒンジ要素2を回動軸44を中心に回動させ、下側ヒンジ要素3に設けられた螺旋状の傾斜面23に沿って上側ヒンジ要素2を回動させるようにしたグラビティヒンジ1において、下側ヒンジ要素3の軸筒32の傾斜面23の最下点34を、扉6の戸当たり手前の位置に設定する。そして、その最下点34から戸当たり61aまでを登り面33uや水平面33pとし、また、最下点34の近傍に設けられた凹凸52や樹脂53などの摩擦部5で回動速度を減速させる。【選択図】図4
