REPAIR STRUCTURE OF EXISTING EXTERNAL WALL AND METHOD OF REPAIRING EXISTING EXTERNAL WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify site work and simultaneously prevent exfoliation of existing exterior wall materials and new exterior materials.SOLUTION: A repair structure of an existing external wall includes: an integrated repair material having an existing exterior wall, a new exterior material and a reinforcing fiber net integrated therein, in which the reinforcing fiber net is placed closer to the existing outer wall than the new exterior material; an adhesive for bonding the existing exterior wall and the integration repair material; a body portion; and an anchor member having a flange portion provided at one end of the body portion. Existing outer wall holes, adhesive holes, reinforcing fiber net holes, and new exterior material holes are formed so as to line up on the existing outer wall, the adhesive material, the reinforcing fiber net, and the new outer covering material, respectively, the body portion of the anchor member is inserted into the existing outer wall hole, the adhesive hole, the reinforcing fiber net hole, and the new exterior material hole, and the flange portion is exposed on the surface of the new exterior material and presses the new exterior material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】現場作業の簡易化を図るとともに、既存外壁材と新規外装材の剥落を同時に防止する。【解決手段】既存外壁と、新規外装材と補強繊維ネットとが一体化された一体化改修材であって、新規外装材よりも補強繊維ネットの方が既存外壁の近くに配置される一体化改修材と、既存外壁と一体化改修材を接着する接着材と、胴部と、胴部の一端に設けられた鍔部とを有するアンカー部材と、を備え、既存外壁、接着材、補強繊維ネット、及び、新規外装材には、それぞれ、既存外壁孔、接着材孔、補強繊維ネット孔、及び、新規外装材孔が一直線上に並ぶように形成されており、アンカー部材の胴部は、既存外壁孔、接着材孔、補強繊維ネット孔、及び、新規外装材孔に挿入され、鍔部は、新規外装材の表面に露出し、新規外装材を押圧している。【選択図】図１１
