To rationally repair and seismically reinforce an existing concrete block wall itself without impairing a design, while allowing construction even if a surrounding work space is small.SOLUTION: A dismantling and removal step to dismantle and remove an upper portion while leaving an existing foundation portion 2, which constitutes a lower portion of an existing concrete block wall, in a state in which an existing vertical bar 4 is projected upward from a top end 2a of the existing foundation portion 2, and a new wall portion construction step in which a support frame 13 installed at the top end 2a of the existing foundation portion 2 is fixed to the existing vertical bar 4, and the new wall portion 11 is constructed on the upper portion of the existing foundation portion 2 in a state of being supported by the support frame 13, are executed in order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】周囲の作業スペースが狭い場合であっても施工可能で意匠性を損なうことなく合理的に既存コンクリートブロック塀自体を改修して耐震補強を行う。【解決手段】既存コンクリートブロック塀の下部を構成する既存基礎部分2の天端2aから上方に既存縦筋4を突出させた状態で、当該既存基礎部分2を残してその上部分を解体し撤去する解体撤去工程と、既存基礎部分2の天端2aに設置した支持フレーム13を既存縦筋4に固定して、支持フレーム13に支持させる状態で既存基礎部分2の上部に新設塀部分11を構築する新設塀部分構築工程と、を順に実行する。【選択図】図2
