PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic molded body capable of efficiently producing a ceramic molded body.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ceramic molded body includes: a step of filling a casting mold 100 having a desired shape with a slurry 15 containing ceramic fine particles; a step of removing a dispersion medium from the slurry 15 to obtain a temporary molded body; a step of taking out the temporary molded body from the casting mold; and a step of firing the temporary molded body, where the casting mold has a recess 100a having a shape corresponding to a desired shape and a flat portion 100b continuous with the recess 100a, in the step of filled with the slurry 15, the slurry 15 is arranged so as to stride over the recess 100a and the flat portion 100b, and in the step of obtaining the temporary molded body, a dried matter obtained by removing the dispersion medium from the slurry 15 is folded away at a boundary between a first portion contained in the recess 100a and a second portion overlapping the flat portion 100b, and the first portion is formed into the temporary molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セラミックス成形体を効率的に製造することを可能とするセラミックス成形体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】所望の形状の鋳型１００に、セラミックス微粒子を含むスラリー１５を充填する工程と、スラリー１５から分散媒を除去し仮成形体を得る工程と、鋳型から仮成形体を取り出す工程と、仮成形体を焼成する工程と、を有し、鋳型は、所望の形状に対応する形状を有する凹部１００ａと、凹部１００ａと連続する平坦部１００ｂと、を有し、スラリー１５を充填する工程では、凹部１００ａと平坦部１００ｂとにまたがってスラリー１５を配置し、仮成形体を得る工程では、スラリー１５から分散媒を除去して得られる乾固物を、凹部１００ａに含まれる第１部分と、平坦部１００ｂと重なる第２部分との境界で折り取り、第１部分を仮成形体とするセラミックス成形体の製造方法。【選択図】図１
