METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC MOLDED BODY
To provide a method for producing a ceramic molded body capable of obtaining a ceramic molded body with shape retention in which the treatment of a ceramic molded body in demolding and after demolding is possible while maintaining the fluidity of the slurry and facilitating casting into a mold, in a step for performing self-hardening casting using slurry comprising calcium compound-containing powder including at least one of calcium aluminate and calcium silicate.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ceramic molded body comprises: a slurry stirring step in which slurry comprising a ceramic powder, a dispersant, a dispersion medium, an ion adsorbable inorganic porous body and calcium compound-containing powder including at least one of calcium aluminate and calcium silicate is stirred while holding the temperature of the slurry to a fixed one; and a casting step in which the slurry is poured into a mold, and thereafter, the slurry is heated and cured so as to be cast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アルミン酸カルシウム及びケイ酸カルシウムの少なくとも一方を含むカルシウム化合物含有粉体を含むスラリーを用いて自硬性の鋳込み成形を行う工程で、スラリーの流動性を維持し、鋳型への注型作業を容易にしつつ、脱型及び脱型後のセラミックス成形体の取扱いが可能な保形性を有するセラミックス成形体を得ることができるセラミックス成形体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス成形体の製造方法は、セラミックス粉体と、分散剤と、分散媒と、イオン吸着性無機多孔質体と、アルミン酸カルシウム及びケイ酸カルシウムの少なくとも一方を含むカルシウム化合物含有粉体を含むスラリーを、前記スラリーの温度を一定の温度に維持しながら撹拌するスラリー撹拌工程と、前記スラリーを鋳型に注入した後、前記スラリーを加熱して硬化させ、鋳込み成形する鋳込み成形工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
