CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CFRP FORM INTEGRAL TYPE CONCRETE COLUMN AND CFRP FORM INTEGRAL TYPE CONCRETE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a column and a column which are advantageous for acquiring labor saving in the form installation process and form removal process and cost reduction.SOLUTION: In a framework installation process, a frame 14 is assembled. In the form installation process, a plurality of CFRP form plates 16 are placed around the frame 14 to assemble the concrete form 18 for the column, and this concrete form 18 is constructed to be supported on a floor slab S1 by using a plurality of supports 20 such as horizontal supports 2002, vertical supports 2004, lateral supports 2006, etc. In the concrete casting process, concrete C is cast inside the concrete form 18. In the support removing process, after the concrete is cured, a work of removing a plurality of supports 20 supporting the concrete form 18 is carried out without detaching the CFRP form plates 16, and the CFRP form plate integral type concrete column 12 is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠設置工程と型枠撤去工程の省力化を図り、コストダウンを図る上で有利な柱の構築方法および柱を提供すること。【解決手段】骨組設置工程では、骨組１４が組み立てられる。製型枠設置工程では、骨組１４の周囲に複数のＣＦＲＰ製型枠板１６を配置して柱用のコンクリート型枠１８を組み立て、このコンクリート型枠１８を床スラブＳ１上で、水平支保工２００２、鉛直支保工２００４、横支保工２００６などの複数の支保工２０を用いて支える作業がなされる。コンクリート打設工程では、コンクリート型枠１８の内側にコンクリートＣが打設される。支保工撤去工程では、コンクリートの硬化後、ＣＦＲＰ製型枠板１６は取り外すことなくコンクリート型枠１８を支えている複数の支保工２０を撤去する作業がなされ、ＣＦＲＰ製型枠板一体型コンクリート柱１２が構築される。【選択図】図１
