SPRAYED MORTAR FOR REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sprayed mortar for reinforcement, which enables a good-quality earthquake strengthening mortar layer, inhibiting the appearance of a crack while maintaining easiness of execution of spraying work, to be easily formed with smaller thickness on an outer peripheral part of an existing concrete structure.SOLUTION: Sprayed mortar for reinforcement is used so that a mortar layer 10 for earthquake strengthening, within which reinforcements 11 and 12 are arranged, can be formed around an existing concrete structure 20. The sprayed mortar for reinforcement includes water, cement and fine aggregate. An expansive admixture, silica fumes and a high-performance AE water-reducing agent are mixed as an admixture. A slump value in a fresh state is in the range of 8-13 cm; a rate of dry shrinkage at 28 day material age after hardening is 0.06% or less; adhesive strength is 1.0 N/mmor more; and compression strength is 50.0 N/mmor more. Preferably, a shrinkage reducing agent and short fibers are also mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吹き付けによる施工のし易さを保持したまま、ひび割れの発生が抑制された品質の良好な耐震補強用のモルタル層を、より薄い厚さで既存のコンクリート構造物の外周部分に形成することのできる補強用吹付けモルタルを提供する。【解決手段】内部に鉄筋11,12が配筋された耐震補強用のモルタル層10を、既存のコンクリート構造物20の周囲に形成するための補強用吹付けモルタルであって、水、セメント、及び細骨材を含み、且つ混和材料として膨張材、シリカフューム、及び高性能AE減水剤が配合されており、フレッシュ時のスランプ値が8〜13cmであり、硬化後の材齢28日での乾燥収縮率が0.06%以下、付着強度が1.0N/mm2以上、圧縮強度が50.0N/mm2以上となっており、好ましくは、収縮低減剤や短繊維がさらに混入されている。【選択図】図1
