MORTAR-SPRAYED SURFACE AUTOMATIC LEVELER AND MORTAR-SPRAYED SURFACE AUTOMATIC LEVELING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar-sprayed surface automatic leveler which can efficiently planarize a mortar layer by automatically leveling protrusions which are formed on a mortar-sprayed surface of a construction, and can shorten leveling work when a leveling area is wide or long, and a mortar-sprayed surface automatic leveling method.SOLUTION: An inclined support body 5 which can be inclined to a mortar-sprayed surface W side is arranged at a base table 1 which can move to a lateral direction while facing the mortar-sprayed surface W in a state the a lower end side is pivoted. A leveling mechanism 14 is arranged at a lift mechanism 8 arranged at the inclined support body 5 so as to be liftable. The leveling mechanism 14 slightly reciprocates a leveling blade in a lateral direction 19 by making a blade tip abut on a protrusion Wof the mortar-sprayed surface W in the lateral direction, then, presses a finish blade 10, and planarizes the mortar-sprayed surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構築物のモルタル吹付け面に形成される凸部を自動的に均すので、モルタル層の平面化を短期間に効率良く行うことができるし、均す面積が広い、或いは長い場合の均し作業の期間を短縮できるモルタル吹付け面自動均し装置及びモルタル吹付け面自動均し法を提供する。【解決手段】モルタル吹付け面Wに対面して横方向に移動可能な基台1には、下端側が軸支された状態でモルタル吹付け面W側に傾斜可能な傾動支持体5が設けてある。傾動支持体5に昇降可能に設けた昇降機構8には均し機構14が設けてある。均し機構14はモルタル吹付け面Wの凸部W1に刃先を横向に当接させた均し刃19を横方向に往復微動させ、次に仕上げ刃10で押えることでモルタル吹付け面を平面化する。【選択図】図2
