GUIDE ROLLER OF SLIDE DOOR FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide roller of a slide door for a vehicle capable of preventing a dropout or a detachment of a coating member.SOLUTION: By an annular recess 9 being formed on an inner side face 6a in an axial direction of a flange part 6, a coating member 7 is filled in the annular recess 9, an effect is generated by which the coating member 7 hooks on the recess 9 of the flange part 6 of an outer ring 5, a surface contacting the outer ring 5 and the coating member 7 is increased, and a dropout or a detachment of the coating member 7 from the outer ring 5 can be prevented. Moreover, since the recess 9 is formed on the inner side face 6a in the axial direction of the flange part 6 being furthest in the axial direction from an upper edge part of the coating member 7 which receives a local load when a guide roller 1 itself is inclined and rolled, the coating member 7 near the recess 9 is hardly influenced by an elastic deformation near the upper edge part, and the dropout and the detachment of the coating member 7 from the recess 9 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 被覆部材の脱落や剥離を防止することが可能な車両用スライドドアのガイドローラを提供する。【解決手段】 鍔部6の軸線方向の内側側面6aには、円環形状の凹部9が形成されることで、その円環形状の凹部9に被覆部材7が充填され、被覆部材7が外輪5の鍔部6の凹部9に引っ掛かる効果が発生するとともに、外輪5と被覆部材7が接する面が増加し、外輪5からの被覆部材7の脱落や剥離を防止することができる。また、ガイドローラ1自体が傾いて転動された場合に局所的な負荷を受ける被覆部材7の上縁部に対して、軸線方向上で最も離れた鍔部6の軸線方向の内側側面6aに凹部9が形成されているため、凹部9付近の被覆部材7が上縁部付近の弾性変形の影響を殆ど受けることがなく、凹部9からの被覆部材7の脱落や剥離を防止することができる。【選択図】 図1
