ABRASION ASSEMBLY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion assembly which includes a lock that stably fixes an abrasion member to a base with a sufficient strength, and easily removes the lock to release and replace the abrasion member by a person in charge at the site.SOLUTION: An abrasion member for an abrasion assembly 10 includes a lock 14 configured so as to fix the abrasion member 12 as a base, the lock has two engaging positions, including a first position at which the lock is fixed to the abrasion member and a second position at which the abrasion member is fixed to the base, and is configured to unlatched and removed from the abrasion member in the two stages, and first drawing of a latch mechanism is continuous performed by rotation of the lock itself due to removing from the abrasion member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ロックは、磨耗部材をベースに十分な強度及び安定して固定され、かつ、現場で担当者によって磨耗部材の解放及び交換を可能とすべく、容易にロックを外れるようにする摩耗アッセンブリを提供する。【解決手段】磨耗アッセンブリ10のための磨耗部材は、磨耗部材12をベースに固定するように構成されたロック14を含み、ロックは、二つの係合位置、すなわちロックを磨耗部材に固定する第1位置、及び磨耗部材をベースに固定する第2位置を有し、さらに、二つの段階で磨耗部材からアンラッチされて取り除かれるように構成され、ラッチ機構の第1の引き込みは、磨耗部材からの取り外しでロック自体の回転によって続かれるようにする。【選択図】図1
