PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abrasion reducing plate from unexpectedly dropping off.SOLUTION: An abrasion reducing plate (44) according to this invention is attached on an outer peripheral surface of a rotary drilling part (15) of a drilling device (5) and reduces an abrasion of the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drilling part (15). The abrasion reducing plate comprises: a base (45), which is welded on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drilling part (15); and an abrasion-resistant plate (46), which is fitted on the base (45). An open hole (47) is formed on the base (45) so that the outer periphery of the base (45) and an inner periphery of the open hole (47) can be welded on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drilling part (15). Both lateral surfaces of the abrasion-resistant plate (46) that face a rotation direction of the rotary drilling part (15) are inclined so as to be tapered to be sharp. The abrasion-resistant plate (46) is divided into multiple sections along the rotation direction of the rotary drilling part (15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】摩耗低減用プレートが不意に脱落してしまうのを防止すること。【解決手段】本発明では、掘削装置(5)の回転掘削部(15)の外周面に貼着され、回転掘削部(15)の外周面の摩耗を低減する摩耗低減用プレート(44)において、回転掘削部(15)の外周面に溶接される基台(45)と、基台(45)に取付けられる耐摩耗板(46)とからなり、基台(45)に貫通孔(47)を形成して基台(45)の外周部と貫通孔(47)の内周部とで回転掘削部(15)の外周面に溶接可能とすることにした。また、前記耐摩耗板(46)は、回転掘削部(15)の回動方向と対面する両側面を先鋭状に傾斜させることにした。さらに、前記耐摩耗板(46)は、回転掘削部(15)の回動方向に沿って複数に分割されていることにした。【選択図】図5
