PANEL FALL PREVENTION DEVICE AND PANEL CONSTRUCTION DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel fall prevention device capable of securing sufficient safety when transporting and installing a panel.SOLUTION: A swing arm 40 is provided such that it is rotatably supported by a fixed part 31 fixed to an arm part 21a of a panel lifter 2 through a two-axis joint member 33 with a Z-axis 34 extending in a longitudinal direction of a panel 1 and an X-axis 35 extending in a lateral direction with respect to the panel 1 held in the standing state at the panel lifter 2, and has a panel pressing part 42 provided on its tip. The swing arm 40 is rotated around the Z-axis 34 such that it can be positioned at two positions including a standby position at the side of an absorption surface 1a of the panel 1 and a set position where an elastic pad 43 of the panel pressing part 42 is adhered to a rear surface 1b of the panel 1. If the panel 1 is to fall at the set position, the swing arm is tilted downward around the X-axis 35 and the panel pressing part 42 holds the panel 1 in cooperation with absorption pads 23 so as to inhibit falling of the panel 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】パネルを運搬して据え付けるにあたり、十分な安全性を確保することができるパネル落下防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】パネルリフター２のアーム部２１ａに固定される固定部３１に、パネルリフター２に立てた状態で保持されたパネル１に対してパネル１の縦方向に延びるＺ軸３４および横方向に延びるＸ軸３５の２軸の継手部材３３を介して回転可能に支持され、先端にパネル押さえ部４２が設けられたスイングアーム４０を設ける。スイングアーム４０は、Ｚ軸３４を軸に、パネル１の吸着面１ａ側の待機位置と、パネル押さえ部４２の弾性パッド４３がパネル１の背面１ｂに密着するセット位置との２位置に位置付けられるよう旋回し、セット位置においてパネル１が落下しようとするとＸ軸３５を軸に下方に傾動することで、パネル押さえ部４２が吸着パッド２３と協働してパネル１を挟持してパネル１の落下を阻止する。【選択図】図５
