PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos-containing paint material peeling solvent causing no scattering of asbestos during peeling a painted asbestos-containing paint material and not limiting construction location.SOLUTION: The asbestos-containing paint material peeling solvent for peeling a painted asbestos-containing paint material is composed of an asbestos scattering inhibitor and a paint material softener. The asbestos scattering inhibitor can prevent scattering of asbestos by binding to asbestos of the painted asbestos-containing paint material. The paint material softener can soften the painted asbestos-containing paint material by mixing with the asbestos scattering inhibitor and impregnating into the painted asbestos-containing paint material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】塗装済みのアスベスト含有塗材の剥離中にアスベストの飛散もなく施工箇所の制限もないアスベスト含有塗材剥離溶剤を提供する。【解決手段】塗装済みのアスベスト含有塗材を剥離するためのアスベスト含有塗材剥離溶剤は、アスベスト飛散防止剤と、塗材軟化剤とからなる。アスベスト飛散防止剤は、塗装済みのアスベスト含有塗材のアスベストと結合することでアスベストの飛散を防止可能なものである。また、塗材軟化剤は、アスベスト飛散防止剤と混合され、塗装済みのアスベスト含有塗材に浸透することで塗装済みのアスベスト含有塗材を軟化可能なものである。【選択図】なし
