ASBESTOS REMOVAL METHOD AND PEELING COATING MATERIAL RECOVERY SYSTEM
To provide an asbestos removal method capable of removing a coating material remaining on the surface of a substrate adjusting layer when a coating material layer is peeled off so that asbestos does not scatter.SOLUTION: An asbestos removal method for removing asbestos contained in a structure B having a concrete layer 12, a substrate adjusting layer 11 formed on the surface of the concrete layer 12, and a coating material layer 10 formed on the surface of the substrate adjusting layer 11 and formed of a coating material containing asbestos comprises: a peeling agent coating step of applying a peeling agent 41 to the surface of the coating material layer 10 to penetrate the peeling agent 41 into the coating material layer 10; a coating material layer removing step of removing the coating material layer 10 permeated with the peeling agent 41 in the peeling agent coating step by a scraper 71; and a residual coating material removing step for removing a coating material remaining in the substrate adjusting layer 11 by polishing the surface of the substrate adjusting layer 11 while supplying a liquid for suppressing scattering of asbestos to a polishing region 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
