FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjusting the vertical position of a fixing material where panel materials are already fixed.SOLUTION: A floor construction method includes: lifting up floor panels 11 and a sleeper 12 with the floor panel 11 fixed above the sleeper 12; mounting a strut 13 to the sleeper 12 so as to penetrate an upper portion of the strut 13 into the bottom of the sleeper 12 while lifting up the floor panels 11; and, in order to adjust the vertical position of the sleeper 12, changing a mounting position of the strut 13 relative to the sleeper 12 in the vertical direction by operating a screw apex 17 provided on the upper portion of the strut 13 mounted to the sleeper 12. When operating the screw apex 17 in order to adjust the vertical position of the sleeper 12, the screw apex 17 is operated through a notch 11a formed at an upper position of the screw apex 17 out of the portion placed above the sleeper 12 on the floor panel 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
