TILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BUILDING FLOOR
The present invention relates to a method for installing tiles for a building floor, and more specifically, to a method for installing tiles for a building floor which uses remitar to conveniently and horizontally install tiles continuously installed on a building floor surface in an upward, a downward, a left, and a right direction on the floor surface. The method for installing tiles for a building floor comprises: a step of fixing horizontal level points on a foundation floor at regular intervals; a step of applying remitar between the horizontal level points to fix a horizontal level line; a step of filling and embedding dry-mixed remitar on the entire foundation floor based on the fixed horizontal level line; a step of spraying water onto the dry-mixed remitar and then curing dry-mixed remitar; and a step of applying an adhesive for tiles on the cured dry-mixed remitar. Installation is convenient and simple to shorten installation time. Tiles can be conveniently and horizontally installed on a building floor surface, and uniform installation quality can be obtained.
1. 기술분야 본 발명은 건축물 바닥용 타일 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 레미탈(remitar)을 이용하여 간편하게 건축물 바닥면에 상하좌우로 연속적으로 시공되는 타일을 바닥면에 수평으로 시공할 수 있는 건축물 바닥용 타일 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 2. 구성 및 효과 본 발명은 기초 바닥에 일정 간격으로 수평 레벨점을 고정하는 단계, 상기 수평 레벨점 사이에 레미탈을 도포하여 수평 레벨선을 고정하는 단계, 고정된 수평 레벨선을 기준으로 상기 기초 바닥의 전체에 건비빔된 레미탈을 채워 매립하는 단계, 상기 건비빔된 레미탈에 물을 분사한 후 양생하는 단계, 및 양생이 완료된 건비빔된 레미탈에 타일용 접착체를 도포하는 단계를 포함함으로써 시공이 간편하고 단순하여 시공 기간을 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 건축물 바닥면에 타일을 간편하게 수평으로 시공하고, 균일한 시공 품질을 얻을 수 있다.
