PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refurbishment sash having higher airtightness than in the conventional case.SOLUTION: There is provided a refurbishment sash 1 having a new installation frame 120 attached so as to cover an inner peripheral surface of an existing frame 110 attached to an opening portion of a building, including a first hermetic member 1A which is provided at the joint portion between an indoor side portion 110A of the existing frame 110 and an indoor side portion 120A of the new installation frame 120 and closes the gap of the joint portion. The first hermetic member 1A is provided continuously over the four laps of both frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】従来よりも高い気密性を有する改装サッシを提供すること。【解決手段】建物の開口部に取り付けられた既設枠１１０の内周面を覆うように取り付けられる新設枠１２０を備える改装サッシ１であって、既設枠１１０の屋内側部１１０Ａと新設枠１２０の屋内側部１２０Ａとの接合部に設けられ、当該接合部の隙間を塞ぐ第１気密部材１Ａを備え、第１気密部材１Ａは、両枠の四周に亘って連続して設けられることを特徴とする改装サッシ１である。【選択図】図９
