To provide a technique capable of facilitating a sealing work by facilitating fixing a new frame.SOLUTION: A refurbishment sash placed at an opening of a building skeleton includes: a new frame 10 to be placed at the inner peripheral side of an existing frame 12 provided to the opening; multiple attachments for fixing a new frame 10 to the skeleton; and a foam sealant provided in the gap between the existing frame 12 and new frame 10.
