PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system and a design support program, capable of knowing criteria for a design value of a living environment for embodying desired impression.SOLUTION: A design support device 1 comprises: a function information storage unit 40 which stores information of a plurality of functions for calculating each numeric value of a plurality of impression evaluation items about a living environment on the basis of each of a plurality of design elements of the living environment; an object function generation unit 44 which generates an object function synthesized on the basis of each weight of the plurality of functions; a constraint condition setting unit 46 which sets constraint conditions for defining possibly obtainable values of the design elements; an optimum value calculation unit 48 which calculates an optimum value of the design element optimizing the object function under the constraint conditions; and an output unit 54 which outputs design information of the living environment on the basis of the optimum value of the design element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
