To provide a design support system and a design support program that can reduce labor for grasping a regulation established by each administrative district for a predetermined design item of a building.SOLUTION: A design support system supports design of a building. The design support system comprises: a database for storing data; a first input unit for receiving input for a building location of a target building of a design target; a derivation unit; and an output unit for outputting regulation-related information. Data stored in the database is associated with an administrative district and regulation-related information relating to a regulation established by an administrative agency of an administrative district with respect to a predetermined design item of the building. The derivation unit identifies an administrative district that includes the building location of the target building, and derives the regulation-related information of the identified administrative district from the data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建築物の所定設計事項について、各行政区域が定める法規を把握する労力を軽減できる設計支援システムおよび設計支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】設計支援システムは、建築物の設計を支援する設計支援システムである。設計支援システムは、データを記憶するデータベースと、設計対象である対象建築物の建築地についての入力を受け付ける第１入力部と、導出部と、法規関連情報を出力する出力部と、を備える。データベースに記憶されるデータは、行政区域と、建築物の所定設計事項に関して行政区域の行政機関が定める法規に関連する法規関連情報と、が関連付けられたデータである。導出部は、対象建築物の建築地が含まれる行政区域を特定し、特定した行政区域の法規関連情報をデータから導き出す。【選択図】図２
