WALL SURFACE SPRAY DEVICE INSIDE CHIMNEY
To provide a wall surface spray device inside a chimney which can repair an internal wall surface of a chimney by spraying a spray hardening material efficiently inside a chimney in a high temperature state.SOLUTION: In a wall surface spray device 10, vacuum heat insulating containers 15a, 15b comprising a heat insulating container body 13 by a vacuum double structure peripheral wall 12 and a lid body 14 are continuously arranged in the vertical direction, and from a spray nozzle part 16 provided at the vacuum heat insulating container 15a on a lower stage, a spray hardening material (mortar) is sprayed toward an internal wall surface 11a of a chimney 11. Supply of the spray hardening material, a compressed gas and power is performed outside of the chimney 11 by pulling up the vacuum heat insulating containers 15a, 15b from the inside of the chimney 11 every time it is performed. At the vacuum heat insulating container 15a on the lower stage, the spray nozzle part 16, a mortar hopper 20 and a spray pump 21 are disposed, and at the vacuum heat insulating container 15b on the upper stage, a compressed gas cylinder 22 and a battery 23 are disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高温状態の煙突の内部で効率良く吹付け硬化材料を吹き付けて、煙突の内壁面を補修できる煙突内部の壁面吹付け装置を提供する。【解決手段】真空二重構造の周壁12による断熱容器本体13と、蓋体14とからなる真空断熱容器15a,15bが、上下方向に連設配置されており、下段の真空断熱容器15aに設けられた吹付けノズル部16から吹付け硬化材料(モルタル)を煙突11の内壁面11aに向けて吹き付ける壁面吹付け装置10であって、吹付け硬化材料、圧縮ガス、及び電力の供給は、真空断熱容器15a,15bを、煙突11の内部からその都度引き上げて煙突11の外部で行う。下段の真空断熱容器15aには、吹付けノズル部16やモルタルホッパー20や吹付けポンプ21が配設されており、上段の真空断熱容器15bには、圧縮ガスボンベ22やバッテリー23が配設されている。【選択図】図1
