REPAIRING DEVICE SPRAYING ON CHIMNEY INSIDE WALL SURFACE
To provide a repairing device spraying on a chimney inside wall surface capable of repairing the chimney inside wall surface by spraying spray-hardening material inside a chimney in a high temperature condition.SOLUTION: A repairing device in a chimney configured to spray spray-hardening material from a spray nozzle 13 attached on a rotatable part 12 to an inner wall surface 50a of the chimney 50 is provided with: an insulation container body 11 in which a dry type spray mechanism 20 is received; and the rotatable part 12 supportedly arranged on a bottom part 11a of the insulation container body 11, wherein the rotatable part 12 is provided in a cylindrical shape with a bottom concentrically positioned with the insulation container body 11 in which a nozzle drive mechanism 14 is provided and on which the spray nozzle part 13 is attached in a way to protrude from a side wall part 12a to the outside. An area or preferably a peripheral surface of the rotatable part 12 other than an area from which the spray nozzle part 13 is protruded is covered by an insulation layer 15 and/or a cooling layer 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高温状態の煙突の内部で効率良く吹付け硬化材料を吹き付けて、煙突の内壁面を補修できる煙突内部の壁面吹付け補修装置を提供する。【解決手段】乾式吹付け機構20が内部に収容された断熱容器本体11と、断熱容器本体11の底部11aに回転可能に支持されて設けられた回動部12とを備えており、回動部12に取り付けられた吹付けノズル部13から、吹付け硬化材を、煙突50の内壁面50aに向けて吹き付けるようにした煙突内部の補修装置であって、回動部12は、断熱容器本体11と同心状に配置された、有底円筒形状を備えており、内部にノズル駆動機構14が設けられていると共に、側壁部12aから外側に突出させて吹付けノズル部13が取り付けられている。回動部12は、吹付けノズル部13を突出させた部分以外の部分の好ましくは周面が、断熱層15及び/又は冷却層16によって覆われている。【選択図】図1
