DAMPER MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To obtain a damper mounting structure of a building capable of improve the workability in the mounting work of the damper to the bracket.SOLUTION: The mounting structure 20 includes a damper 22, a mounting member 24, a bracket 26, and a positioning portion 28. The damper 22 has a mass portion 32 and a rubber portion 34. In the mounting member 24, first attachment holes 56 are formed and the rubber portion 34 is fixed at a different position from the first attachment holes 56. The bracket 26 is fixed to a beam 12, and second attachment holes 64, 65 which communicate with the first attachment holes 56 in a state where the attachment member 24 is placed are formed, and the mounting member 24 is fixed by fixation members 58. The positioning portion 28 determines the position of the mounting member 24 with respect to the bracket 26 in a state where the mounting member 24 is mounted on the bracket 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブラケットへのダンパーの固定作業において施工性を向上させることができる建物のダンパー取付構造を得る。【解決手段】取付構造20は、ダンパー22と、取付部材24と、ブラケット26と、位置決め部28とを有する。ダンパー22は、マス部32とゴム部34とを有する。取付部材24は、第1取付孔56が形成され該第1取付孔56とは異なる部位にゴム部34が固定される。ブラケット26は、小梁12に固定され、取付部材24が載置された状態で第1取付孔56と連通する第2取付孔64、65が形成され、固定部材58によって取付部材24が固定される。位置決め部28は、ブラケット26に取付部材24が載置された状態において、取付部材24のブラケット26に対する位置を決める。【選択図】図1
